Orders can be picked up at CITRINO da Yoshinaga Jinbo, located at 2F, 18 On Lan Street, Central, Hong Kong.

Delivery Policy
Delivery services start at $280 HKD, Hong Kong Island, with charges determined by location and order specifics.
Delivery arrangements must be made in advance. Surcharges apply for last-minute changes or requests within 24 hours:
30% surcharge for same-day bookings.
30% surcharge for rescheduling within 24 hours.
50% surcharge for address changes within 24 hours.
50% surcharge for cancellations within 24 hours.
If you opt for in-person pickup, please ensure proper transport arrangements.
CITRINO is not responsible for damages to products once collected.
For Safe Transportation
Place items on a flat, stable surface in your vehicle.
Use a non-slip mat to secure the items.
Avoid placing products on car seats.
Third-party driver collections are at your own risk.
CITRINO is not responsible for any damages during transit by third parties.
Cake Ordering Policy
To ensure the best quality, please adhere to the following order lead times:
Standard Cakes & Tarts: Place your order at least 4 days in advance.
Special Cakes (10 inches or larger): Place your order at least 2 weeks in advance.
For custom or intricate designs, additional time may be required.
Plan ahead and consult with us for specific needs. Orders are confirmed only upon payment.
Please review all details, including size, design, flavor, message, and pickup/delivery date, before payment. Once payment is made, orders are non-refundable, and modifications may incur additional charges.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We understand that plans can change; however, due to the handcrafted nature of our products:
A 40% rescheduling fee applies for changes requested within 2 working days of the original pickup date.
Cancellations are non-refundable once payment is confirmed.
Orders already in production cannot be canceled, rescheduled, or modified.
Extreme Weather Arrangements
Pickup and delivery services will be suspended during Typhoon Signal T8 or above. Once the signal is lowered, services will resume promptly. Orders affected by extreme weather can be rescheduled for the next available day. Refunds will not be issued for weather-related delays.

Product Disclaimer
Our cakes and pastries are handcrafted, and minor variations in appearance are natural.
Certain decorations, such as sugar flowers or figurines, may include non-edible materials like wires, toothpicks, or supports.
Please ensure these are removed before consumption.
Allergen Information
Our kitchen handles common allergens, including milk, eggs, nuts, and gluten. While we take precautions to minimize cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee products are allergen-free. If you have specific concerns, please contact us before placing your order.

Complaints
Due to the perishable nature of our products, complaints must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your order.
For quality or design issues, photographic evidence is required. In some cases, the product may need to be returned to CITRINO da Yoshinaga Jinbo for inspection. Complaints raised beyond this timeframe will not be addressed.
Storage Guidelines
To maintain freshness and quality, cakes and pastries should be stored in a refrigerator or air-conditioned environment, away from direct sunlight, on a flat surface. We recommend consuming products within 72 hours of pickup or delivery.
